One story says that on October 31 the spirits of those who had died during the last year would come back looking for the body of the people that were alive and those spirits stayed in those body for all the year. The celts believed that all the laws
of space and time were suspended during this time, allowing the spirits to have a connection with the living.

Because they want to frighten the people to win sweet.

We celebrate it in october 31.

This is there a 200 years ago.
